Four steps. Three separate choices.

Pairing, step sharing, and location consent stay independent.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Choose Apple Health or steps from this iPhone.

  2. 2

    Pair when you’re ready

Use an expiring invite code, or continue on your own.

  3. 3

    Choose what to share

Steps and location are separate decisions.

  4. 4

    Stay in control

Pause, stop, revoke, sign out, or delete.

Connection is not consent.

Pairing creates a trusted connection. It does not automatically share steps, location, or a route.

The latest approved moment—not everywhere you went.

Latest snapshot only

A new approved location replaces the previous one.

Server-enforced access

Pairing and current consent are checked before partner access.

Clear stale states

Old locations are labelled stale and never presented as current.

StrideSafe supports connection and reassurance. It is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee safety.

Everyday moments, handled with a lighter touch.

After-work commute

Share a destination label, your entered ETA, and only the latest location detail you approve.

Weekend free walk

Set a planned duration without needing a destination. Your walk history stays on your device.

Apple Watch control

Pause, stop, arrive, or end from your wrist when you need the shortest path to privacy.
